Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue Taylor is a famous American actress and producer best known for the roles she played on Ray Undercover Brother, The Mentalist as well as the TV series The Mentalist. She has a Bachelor's degree in African-American Studies and an MFA from Tisch School of Arts New York University. Aunjanue L. Ellis is an American actress and producer. She is involved in the field of theater and film. She started her career in theater and later appeared in numerous television series and independent and mainstream films. The actress became famous for her role as Miranda Shaw in ABC's Quantico in addition to appearing on BET's epic show The Book of Negroes. Both of the roles she received critical acclaim and numerous nominations and distinctions including the Television Critics Choice Award for Best Actress. In 1995 she appeared in her first performance as Ariel in The Tempest as Ariel. She's appeared in Broadway on stage in Come and Gone, A Winter's Tale, Drowning Crow and Seeking the Genesis. Her film career began in the late 1990s. she is most well-known for her performances in films such as Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express and The Help. Also, she is well-known for her work on ABC's crime drama High Incident.
