Beckinsale has appeared in numerous notable films since then, including "Emma" 1996, "Pearl Harbor 2001" and "Underworld 2003" which resulted in five more films from the series. Beckinsale was also part of "Total Recall" (2012), alongside Jessica Biel & Colin Farrel. Her work has also brought her many prestigious awards, including "Best Actress" at the Sitges Catalan International Film Festival and the Evening Standard British Film Awards. She was also awarded the National Film Awards U.K.
